FightCamp is your community, your gym, your coach, your personal trainer, and your progress tracker. You rely on FightCamp to deliver authentic martial arts training while providing real-time feedback on your performance. Now, we're taking that experience a step further with the introduction of a structured weekly class schedule designed to guide your training week after week.
Each day of the week will spotlight a recommended workout and a unique daily theme. These classes are thoughtfully structured with a built-in warmup, main workout, and cooldown, creating a complete end-to-end training experience from start to finish. Every class is led by a single trainer, providing consistency and coaching throughout the entire session.

Of course, flexibility remains a core part of the FightCamp experience. You'll still be able to build your own workout stacks and customize existing workouts by adding or removing segments. The stacking feature isn't going anywhere, it will continue to give you the freedom to create the ideal workout duration, intensity, and variety from our extensive workout library.
The new weekly schedule simply makes it easier to know what to do when you open the app. Instead of choosing from hundreds of workouts, you'll have a complete, trainer-curated session ready to go. Each workout is intentionally designed to prepare your body for the work ahead and support recovery afterward.
Following a weekly schedule isn't always easy, and rest days remain an important part of any training program. But let's be honest: one or two workouts per week may help maintain your fitness, while three or more sessions per week are where gains are made. That's why each day showcases a different training focus, giving you fresh opportunities to learn, improve, and challenge yourself.
Some days may feature a 60-minute class, while others may be a quick 30-minute session. Some days will challenge you to test your skills with a benchmark drill, while others will focus on active recovery and movement. The goal is simple: provide a balanced, engaging, and sustainable training routine that keeps you coming back to make progress every week.
