This program requires a lot of mental focus. It uses switch stance and long combination workouts to build brain power. All levels can do this workout. You choose your desired level (Open or Intermediate) in the FightCamp app.

* Don't forget, each FightCamp workout includes a quick warmup and a stretch but you can always add on an extended cool down for good measure.

TUESDAY

  • 6-ROUND Switch Stance

WEDNESDAY

  • 6-ROUND Pro Combo Buildup Kickboxing

  • 15 MIN CORE Burnout

THURSDAY

  • Active Rest Day - go for a jog and stretch!

FRIDAY

  • 8-ROUND Switch Stance

SATURDAY

  • 10-ROUND Combo Buildup

  • 5 MIN CORE Total Balance

SUNDAY

  • Active Rest Day

  • Plan next week's workouts
