This lower body focused workout plan will build strength and stamina in the legs. Fighters need strong legs to power each punch! All levels can do this workout. You choose your desired level (Open or Intermediate) in the FightCamp app.

* Don't forget, each FightCamp workout includes a quick warmup and a stretch but you can always add on an extended cool down for good measure.

7-Day Intense Lower Body Workout

MONDAY

  • 8-ROUND Lower Body Boxing

TUESDAY

  • 8-ROUND Lower Body Kickboxing

  • 5 MIN CORE Strength

WEDNESDAY

  • 6-ROUND Lower Body Boxing

  • 5 MIN CORE Total Balance

THURSDAY

  • Active Rest Day - Stretch Your Legs!

FRIDAY

  • 10-ROUND Lower Body Boxing

SATURDAY

  • 8-ROUND Lower Body Kickboxing

  • 5 MIN CORE Plank Explosion

SUNDAY

  • Active Rest Day - 20 MIN Power Walk or Run (remove the lactic acid from the legs)

  • Plan next week's workouts
