7 Steps For Wrapping Your Hands With Punch Trackers
Step 1
Reverse roll your wraps with the text facing inside
Step 2
Place the loop over your thumb and wrap your wrist 3-4 times
Step 3
Wrap between each finger, wrapping your wrist in between each finger
Step 4
Wrap your knuckles 3-4 times, depending on your hand size (large hands 3 times, small hands 4 times)
Step 5
Wrap your thumb, then wrap your wrist
Step 6
Place the red punch tracker on your right wrist with the rounded edge towards your knuckles
Step 7
Wrap the punch tracker onto your wrist, then finish wrapping your wrist and close velcro
Repeat the same steps for your left wrist with the blue punch tracker and get ready to do some punching!
