Boxing at home doesn’t mean you have to box alone. In fact, we’re here to tell you why boxing with the FightCamp Community is the best thing you can do for yourself and your fitness goals.

It All Starts With Tracking Your Workouts…

FightCamp’s at-home workouts leverage the power of technology to maximize your training sessions. When you work out with FightCamp, your punch trackers count your punch output, and the app reports your progress and stats in real-time so you know when you need to push harder, and when you’re crushing it. Each workout has a recommended punch goal, and when you’re done you’ll see not only how well you did, but how the rest of the FightCamp Community did, as well!

To help boxers and kickboxers get even more out of their FightCamp workouts, we created a FightCamp Leaderboard. It’s called gamification or applying gaming mechanics to non-gaming situations, and studies have shown that it improves human performance. And after all, boxing is a competitive sport. So we created a Leaderboard that simulates the professional boxing rankings.

How FightCamp Pushes You Further

Here are three (3) ways FightCamp’s online community, leadership, and leaderboard will push you and your workouts to the next level.

1. Build Your Boxing Team

Humans are naturally team-oriented. We perform better when we’re in a community setting, especially when the dynamics of that community are both supportive and competitive. FightCamp members know this firsthand — we build supportive and motivational relationships in the online FightCamp Community, and when it comes time to train, we can’t let each other down!

2. Challenge The Competition (And Yourself)

Friendly competition is hugely motivating, but more than that, the accountability factor of competition with other FightCamp members will help you develop the habits and discipline of a star athlete with a bulletproof training regime. When we are having a good time and focused on beating someone else or our own personal record, the workouts are infinitely more fun, and we’re much more likely to stick to our exercise routine and achieve our goals.

3. SEE Your Progress

Data visualization is a huge component of sticking with and rocking your goals. By organizing your individual boxing session stats and long-term progress data in easy-to-digest visuals, the FightCamp App and Leaderboard leave you feeling proud of your work instead of overwhelmed.

How Does The FightCamp Community Support Each Other?

Yes, we compete with one another! Yes, we push each other! Yes, we think about beating that person we’ve never met who has been crushing it on the Leaderboard all month long! But we also share our success stories, our challenges, our questions, and our goals.

Just the other day we read a post from a mom-to-be who was nervous about taking time off from her FightCamp streak to recover from giving birth, and the outpouring of support and encouragement for her was absolutely incredible. When she gets back to the heavy bag, her community will be there to cheer her on. Whether you’re new to boxing or making a comeback, this tribe is YOUR tribe.

Here are some of our favorite recent motivational moments from the FightCamp Community:

"FightCamp is making me more confident with every day that goes by."

- Stephanie

"Trust the process. Improvement is slow but consistent. You’ll look back and realize you’ve come so far. Thanks to FightCamp, weightlifting, and calorie restriction, I’m down over 60 pounds."

- Tim

"@Josh, I was reading through posts on the FightCamp Community page and your post on April 6, 2021 got me off the couch - “You don’t find willpower, you create it.” I haven’t got in front of the bag in months and just haven’t had the motivation to get moving until today…Thanks to the FightCamp Community for pushing me."

- Sabrina

Train Like a Fighter

Take your workouts to the next level and train like a fighter with the at-home connected fitness solution used by world champion boxers Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather. FightCamp has everything you need to work out on your schedule, with premium boxing equipment and hundreds of on-demand strength, conditioning, kickboxing, boxing, core, and recovery classes led by real fighters.
