A good tutorial will tell you how to position your hands, practice aiming for a target, and throw a punch using your whole body. These punches are easy and fun to practice at home--no equipment necessary. Practice them enough, building speed and strength, and then move on to uppercuts and boxing combos!

What Are The Basic Skills I Can Learn At Home?

There's more to boxing than just punching, but that doesn't mean you have to leave home to learn. An at-home boxing workout will teach you to focus on your footwork, breathing, posture and stance, building the foundation of your boxing technique. You can perfect many things at home, like keeping your hands up to protect yourself in your guard, snapping back your punches fast, not overextending your elbows, and other techniques that will make your punches stronger as well as safer.
