These updated core workout videos were shot on our brand new FightCamp set and designed to help you “shred” to get those defined muscles and “stabilize” to build a strong and stable core. You now have no excuses not to END WITH ABS!

New Core Workouts Feature Highlights

2 New Core Workouts a Week Led By Your Favorite Trainer

The 12 original core workouts on the FightCamp app previously led by Tommy Duquette and Flo Master are now replaced with a new on-going collection of core workouts so you can now #EndWithAbs with each of your favorite FightCamp trainers including Tommy Duquette, Shanie Smash, Flo Master, Coach PJ, and Aaron Swenson.

5 minutes or 8 minutes

Choose from 5 or 8 minute long core workouts that are tough but quick to add on top of your boxing or kickboxing workout for the day.

New Open and Intermediate Levels

Select whether you’d like “Open” a core workout for all levels or “Intermediate” a core workout with more challenging movements.

New Workout Formats: Shred Workouts & Stabilization Workouts

Choose from the “shred” core workout format that focuses on working muscles like the rectus abdominis and obliques that contribute to a toned boxer’s physique and 6-pack abs, or our new “stabilization” core workout that helps you build a solid core, which you need to be strong and stable for daily lifestyle activities.

Why end your boxing or kickboxing workout with a core workout?

Core workouts are essential for preventing injury in your lower back while boxing training. Also, working the core is the foundation for improving your boxing technique because in boxing you’re constantly twisting from your obliques. If you get hit in the body, you need that musculature to protect you.

Coach PJ says it best: “Ending with abs is essential. Abs are made in the kitchen but that hard work is something that can’t be replaced. You have to do the necessary work and that includes your training and core-specific workouts.”
