Developing great boxing technique is a process, and it’s faster when you receive feedback.
It’s about how well you move, how efficiently you transfer your weight, how you position yourself, and how every punch connects to the movement before and after it.
That’s the focus of Technique Fundamentals, a new 4-week, 16-workout FightCamp Program led by Jess Evans and powered by our Accuracy feature.
For the first time, you can work through a program specifically designed around developing your technique while FightCamp gives you live feedback and scores your execution along the way.
Powered by Accuracy
What makes this program different is that FightCamp can give you feedback while you’re developing these skills.
The Accuracy feature recognizes the punches and combinations you throw and scores correctly executed strikes, giving you live feedback throughout your workout and a post-workout percentage.
That means you’re not just trying to keep up with the combination on screen. You have another layer of feedback helping you understand how well you’re executing it.
And as the combinations become more complex throughout the four weeks, the challenge grows with you.
Train with a Purpose
Technique Fundamentals is built as a progression.
Rather than introducing everything at once, each week focuses on specific skills before layering in something new. What you learn in Week 1 becomes the foundation for Week 2. Week 2 prepares you for Week 3. And by Week 4, those individual skills begin working together.
Week 1: Build the Foundation
The program begins with the fundamentals.
You’ll work on clean punches, proper weight transfer, and combinations that alternate between your left and right hands.
The focus is on developing a strong foundation and understanding how your body moves from one punch into the next.
Week 2: Add New Tools
Once the foundation is established, Jess begins expanding your options.
You’ll learn how to double up punches on the same side, change levels, and incorporate basic defensive movements like slips and rolls.
These new skills begin to change the way combinations flow and introduce the connection between offense and defense.
Week 3: Put Technique in Motion
Next, your feet get more involved.
You’ll work on stepping and pivoting to manage range and create better angles, while learning how to integrate defensive movement directly into your combinations.
Workouts also begin progressing from four rounds up to six as the skills become more advanced.
Week 4: Bring It All Together
The final week combines everything you’ve developed.
Punch technique. Weight transfer. Same-side combinations. Level changes. Defense. Stepping. Pivoting.
Jess brings those skills together within longer combinations across six-round workouts, challenging you to execute everything as one connected system.
4 Weeks. 16 Workouts. Better Technique.
Technique Fundamentals gives you a structured way to deliberately work on the details that make a difference.
Each workout builds on the last. Each week introduces a new layer. And Accuracy gives you feedback as you put it into practice.
Technique Fundamentals with Jess Evans is now available on FightCamp.
Gloves on. Let’s get to work.
