To give more convenience to the FightCamp members, account changes can now be done in just a few clicks instead of reaching out to our support team, giving FightCamp customers direct control on the status of their accounts.
What can customers control in the Customer Dashboard?
The Customer Dashboard empowers FightCamp customers to be able to have EASY ACCESS to their personal information. In the new Customer Dashboard members will be able to:
Easily access their Personalized Referral Code
Update their Credit Card Information or Billing Address
Pause or Manage their Subscription
How does the Customer Referral Code work?
FightCamp customers now have an EASY way to access their personal referral code. With the FightCamp Referral code, members get to GIVE two months and GET two months FREE!

ENTER the email address that is linked to your account. NOTE: This must be the account user’s email that was initially sent the activation code upon sign up)
When you login, there is a REFERRAL CODE section - COPY it and send it to a friend!
Who has access to the Dashboard?
If you’re a current FightCamp member AND the Account holder, the Customer Dashboard is easily accessible through your member account login. If you are a FightCamp member with a prepaid membership you have access, but some features may be limited.

You may do the following once you have logged in:
Update your payment method
Update billing information
NOTE: If you are updating your card after two weeks of the membership being past due, you must email email@example.com - they can assist in manually charging your card.
Pause or Cancel* your membership
*If you pay a monthly membership, your membership will be canceled at the end of the month.
*If you have committed to a prepaid option of a 1 or 2-year commitment outside of the 30 day cancellation period, the membership will terminate at the end of the commitment period.
