Join FightCamp Trainer Shanie Smash for this 4-round at-home kickboxing workout perfect for all levels. In just 15 minutes, practice boxing punch combinations and basic kickboxing moves, including the jab, the cross, the lead and rear kicks, and plank punches.

Each round consists of three (3) 1-minute drills, followed by 1 minute of rest. Get ready to break a sweat!

* Don't forget to add a warm-up and a cool down.

15-Minute At-Home Kickboxing Workout [Infographic]

Combo 1 (1 Minute)

  • Lead Kick

  • Rear Kick

Combo 2 (1 Minute)

  • Jab | 1

  • Cross | 2

Combo 3 (1 Minute)

  • Plank Punch Left

  • Plank Punch Right

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds with 1 minute rests in between each round.
